BJP leaders gang up to get case hushed up 9/21/2016 12:26:35 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 20: At a time when whole nation was discussing how to deal with Pakistan sponsored terrorism, BJP leaders and their henchmen are brazenly involved in gagging voice of those who dared to highlight their corrupt practices and misdeeds. What is more shameless is that BJP leaders and their goons after attacking a whistleblower, now using influence of Lok Sabha member of the party to influence investigation in this case. Credible sources said that after police registered formal FIR against goons of BJP MLA, Ravinder Raina, who have mercilessly beaten a whistleblower at Sunderbani on Monday, have not involved Member of Parliament, Jugal Kishore Sharma in this case. Reports said that Jugal Kishore Sharma is pressurizing police to stop investigation in this case or registered counter FIR. Police officers, sources said, have made it clear that there is no logic to registered counter FIR but still MP is mounting pressure. BJP leaders such attitude reflected that instead of wasting their energy on bigger issues leaders of this party are more concerned about dealing with petty issues to settle score with those who dared to highlight their corrupt practices. As reported earlier, in a broad daylight, the henchmen of BJP leader and MLA Ravinder Raina on Monday mercilessly beat Early Times' whistleblower in Sunderbani area and even as they threatened to kill him. The incident happened in Lahoti area of Sunderbani when villagers this Monday morning at around 11:30 AM called the whistleblower to see for himself as to how Ravinder Raina was "illegally getting funds allotted for public works in one area, diverted to his vote bank." As the villagers were sharing their woeful tale of "illegal diversion of funds to benefit particular area where MLA's workers live," a group of miscreants appeared on the spot and started ruthlessly to beat the whistleblower. Ravinder Raina-the fake nationalist, is known for creating such drama. His drama of attack on the eve of 2014 Assembly election is known to everyone.
