Dy Director Handloom pays surprise visit to ICA | | | Early Times Report
Samba Oct 8: Deputy Director Handloom Dr Subash Chander today paid a surprise visit to Industrial Corporation Association (ICA) Samba along With Assistant Director Handloom Samba Narsing Dayal Verma and met the ICA Apex body members regarding the issues of the irregularities for allotting the shops in Handloom complex link road Samba. Pertinently Early times, already has published a news item in the edition of 6/10/16 against irregularities for allotting the shops in samba handloom complex by the apex body members. During his visit Deputy Director checked the official record while and ICA manager failed to provide substantial evidences in many cases but defended verbally. Reports said that one Vikesh Amba of Samba told the Deputy Director that the allotment of shops in Samba Handloom Complex by the ICA Apex body is full of irregularities. He added that no shop was allotted to any weavers but the body has allotted the eight shops to one person in 3rd floor and allotted the shops to those person who is given a big amount and shops allotted to some Govt employees while some shops were allotted to kins of govt employees including apex body members. Locals have demand the high authorities to stern action against the culprits who are involved in this scandal. |
