Hundreds of ReTs without salaries for months in Ramban 10/8/2016 10:52:52 PM Early Times Report Banihal Oct 8: Despite the claims of education department and concerned minster for having stream lining the salary of ReT teachers, what to talk the probation ReTs even the regularized ReT teachers of different zones of District Ramban are without salaries from past two to three months. Some aggrieved representatives of ReT teachers told Early Times that their regularized ReT teachers are without salaries from past two to three months. They said that SSA is still not stream lined their salaries which affected their household budget adversely. "These teachers further said that the hundreds of regularized teachers of six different education zones of district Ramban including Banihal. Ukhral, Ramban, Gool, Batote and khari are without salaries, they said. "The ReT teachers fraternity is the most affected because of non streamlining of the system of SSA especially the salary disbursement system, they said, further alleging, "the higher authorities of the department are not looking serious towards their grievances." Agitated ReT teachers said that the education department has failed to streamline the salary disbursement of ReT teachers working under SSA since past one and half year. A representative of these teachers said that they have approached to their concerned Chief education Officer (CEO) and concerned Zonal Education Officers (ZEOS) in this regard but got a brief reply that they have not received any budget yet regarding their salaries.
