Bhandari appointed as president GGF Kishtwar 10/11/2016 10:26:09 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar Oct 11: An emergent meeting was held at Dak Banglow in which all the office bearers of Gandhi Global Family Kishtwar were present. In the meeting, Madan Lal Bhandari Senior Congress Leader and Social Worker Kishtwar was appointed as District President Gandhi Global Family Kishtwar, Convernor G.G.F Kishtwar M.H.Malik with the approval from State President GGF J&K S.P Verma.
