| Sarooi village ignored by administration, legislators | | | Sarfaz Chak

Mandi, Oct 11: Vilage Sarooi, which is just 1 km away from LOC and 7 km from main road Mandi is always ignored by administration and legislators.
A population of 600 with 300 voters, this village has no school PHC, road, bridge, power supply, water supply, infact basic amenities are missing. This village has only three graduates who narrated that this village is always ignored by administration and political leaders.
They said that they raised the issue of development of their village before every platform but nobody came to address their grievances. Mohd Bashir Naik and Akram Naik, the locals expressed resentment over the step motherly treatment of administration and legislators over the years.
Locals leveled serious allegations against PWD, PHE and PDD for ignoring their village in every aspect. They said that the village falls in LOC belt but is having no record of ALC on revenue.
People of the area said that the said village is ignored in every aspect and they are fearing threat for their future. They again appeal to government to pay attention to their village. |
