BSF School conducts Guitar workshop 10/15/2016 11:16:16 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 15: BSF School Jammu under the project VIRSA conducted the Guitar Workshop here at school campus. VIRSA aims to preserve and promote India's rich cultural heritage and legacy of performing arts. With an aim to organize workshop to spreading awareness and knowledge on Indian culture and performing arts. BSF School has always supported such programmes. In continuation with its aim to provide students the best of everything Guitar workshop was conducted in which students participated with full enthusiasm. Biranjeet Singh, a well known Guitar teacher of Delhi who is also the winner of'The Voice of Delhi 2007'and specializes in acoustic Guitar from Delhi school of music. He shared with the students some fun and exciting music and songs. The programme was enlightening for the audience and inspired them to believe in India's rich heritage and to spread it in India and in the world as well. The session was full of information which the students enjoyed and learnt a lot about Guitar. Speaking on the occasion, Principal, Dr.S.K.Shuklahighlighted the importance of art and culture in the continuous evolution of the society. He said that our school believes in the rich culture heritage of India which needs to be carried forward through ouryoung minds.
