Jammu, Mar 12: Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday transfers in the administration.
As per government order No.418-GAD of 2018, Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Srinagar I Ganderbal, against an available vacancy.
Akramullah Tak, KAS, Joint Director, Employment, Kashmir, shall hold the charge of the post of Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Srinagar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
As per another order No.417-GAD of 2018, Bashir Ahmad Wani, KAS, Joint Director, Handlooms, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Education (North Kashmir), against an available vacancy.
Dr Nargis Suraiya, KAS, Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textile), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Handlooms, Kashrnir, vice Bashir Ahmad Wani.
In its third order No 416 -GAD of 2018, Ishfaq Ahmed Wani, under orders of repatriation to the J&K Legislative Council, in terms of Government Order No. 1570-GAD of 2017 dated 12.12.2017, is posted as General Manager, SKICC, on the ex-cadre basis. During the period of deputation, the officer shall:
(i)be governed under the standard terms and conditions of deputation contained in schedule XVIII of J&K Civil Services Rules (Vol-11) read with SRO-192 dated 28.05.2007; and
(ii) retain lien and promotion prospects in his parent organization i.e. J&K Legislative Council.

Srinagar, Mar 12: Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday ordered the posting of Anand Jain as IGP headquarters, PHQ.
According to an order issued by the State Home department, Surinder Kumar Gupta, IGP Hqrs, PHQ is transferred and posted as Director, SSG, J&K, vice Rajesh Kumar, who has been relieved for deputation in central government. |
