Jammu, Mar 12: Jammu & Kashmir State Judicial Academy organised a function regarding "Release of Annual Newsletter for the year 2017-18" on 12th of March, 2018 in the J&K State Judicial Academy, at Janipur, Jammu. The Newsletter was released by Justice, Badar Durrez Ahmed, Chief Justice, High Court of J&K alongwith Justice Alok Aradhe, Chairman J&K State Judicial Academy, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Member, J&K State Judicial Academy today on 12th of March, 2018. All the Judicial Officers of Jammu District participated in the function. Proceedings were conducted by Abdul Rashid Malik, Director, J&K State Judicial Academy. In his introductory remarks Malik extended warm welcome to Justice, Badar Durrez Ahmed, Chief Justice, High Court of J&K Justice Alok Aradhe, Chairman J&K State Judicial Academy, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Member, J&K State Judicial Academy, Sanjay Dhar, Registrar General, High Court of J&K and Judicial Officers for gracing the occasion. While welcoming Lord Chief Justice, dignitaries and guests Mr. Malik highlighted the major achievements of the Judicial Academy during the year, 2017 including Hosting of the North Zone Regional Conference, the first ever Roundtable Conference on Juvenile Justice and the Induction Training Programme for newly appointed Munsiffs. He said that the deliberations and discussions held in the Academy for the last one year have been documented in the newsletter for the benefit of all stakeholders dealing the administration of Justice. |
