| Jammu, Mar 12: An Ex-servicemen rally was organised by the Indian Army under the aegis of Crossed Swords Division at Sunderbani. The rally was inaugurated by GOC Crossed Swords Division. The rally was attended by 400 Ex-servicemen, 18 widow / war widow,17 disabled Soldiers and 22 Veer Naris. The rally was organised with an aim to address issues\ pertaining to welfare schemes, financial schemes and health services for the Ex-servicemen. It further showcased the continuous commitment of the Armed Forces towards recognition of the sacrifices and service rendered by the ex-servicemen and Veer Naris towards the Nation. At the end of the rally, the GOC, Crossed Swords Division, felicitated the Veer Naris and disabled soldiers. |
