| With the sense of great sorrow, the version given by Mirwaiz headed Hurriyat parties against India vide his press statement dated 4th May 2017 is based on very flimsy grounds with the full bundle of lie. In his statement he demanded meaningful dialogue to find a lasting solution to the explosive Kashmir issue and using muscle power to crush the rightful struggle of the people.
As regards to use muscle power to suppress his so-called rightful struggle of these Pak-stipendiary puppets was provoking based on violence, which had reflected the vision of their mind set. In fact all parties Hurriyat headed by Mirwaiz and Geelani are the fifth columnists of the nation who are working in the valley for Pak-cause in the status of its puppets in live of flow of terror funds for committing subversive activities to generate terrorism for killings, bloodshed, pelted security forces with stones to kill them; set their bunkers on fire, help and support to get sneaked Pak-supported terrorists in the State for bloodshed and disturbed the normal life, unrest, confusion, chaos and paralyses the State Government as desired by their buoyant boss sitting in top Pak-top to issue destructive instructions.
In that event Security Forces suppressed their hooliganism and ruffinisim to restore peace for normal life. The Security Forces has never used heavy weapons like their Pak-Ministers, which are appreciated world over. Pak-puppets commit heinous crimes which are passed on India and its forces. That is their mockery.
The above mentioned same statement of demanding meaningful dialogue to find a lasting solution to the explosive Kashmir issue was an echo of Sartaj Aziz, Advisor to Pak Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs statement issued time and again, and last during 2017, which was ambiguous and meaningless. What kind of Mirwaiz wants of meaningful dialogue for the solution to the so called explosive Kashmir issue, which detail has never been divulged by him. It seems that Pak dreaming issue is uttered by Pak puppets like parrot to support Pakistan because of they are duty bound to work for the Pak cause.
Mirwaiz, who is working in the valley for Pak-cause, supposed to know that without any merit and legal arguments, to throw stone in the air to propagate Pak-supported stand that Kashmir is a part of its country, raised without any base which has no leg and no merit to take in view. On other occasion sermon is chanted that Kashmir is a political issue and to be solved politically. In that event historical and legal facts cannot be ignored to fix the merit of the issue. He should know that the political status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir is a settled issue, settled long ago in 1947, after its accession to India, which is non-negotiable. It is one of the part of India legally and constitutionally. It and its lobby have suffered with Kashmir phobia resulting in parrot like uttering would not yield any positive results.
He should know that Pak first helped Taliban to establish its government and supported it and get it recognized from Saudi Arabia and later on it withdrawn its support which was the great setback for Taliban. Later on, it with the co-operation of the US, established a Government on the plea to fight against terrorism but it converted the country into a hub of terrorists. The same strategy is being repeated with Kashmir Muslims to use it as shield for its own cause.
He should know that the Kashmir relating UN resolution dated 13th August 1948 recognizes state sovereignty over India, recognized world over and directed Pakistan to vacate Indian state territory occupied during aggression from its forces and the alien people. He should know that UN resolution guided that plebiscite would be conducted in the whole of the state existed before aggression, but despite to provide congenial atmosphere and vacate its forces along with its aliens, his Pak despotic rulers evaded to comply with the instructions vide resolution in question. In the last, after issuing remainders and subsequent remainders, his Pak-mentors did not response. In view of its reluctance, the plebiscite chapter was closed once for all. He should know that his Pak-hawks violated the resolution in question; because of it altered the Indian state status quo territory altogether, and changed its demography. He is an Indian citizen, and has no right to propagate anti-national demand. His employers knock the door of the UNO, to beg to take in view Kashmir case time and again, but every time in return-reply advice is given to solve the issue bilaterally. Apart from that it declared internationally that it had absolved of all obligations that in the light of Shimla agreement, its Kashmir relating resolutions had now no weight. That his initiating adventure stunned the world which was again ignored his peace efforts.
There after two teams headed by Home Minister India comprising of parliament members, reputed social activists, and popular leaders belonging to other shades visited the valley to meet the Hurriyat anti-national elements. Then by crossing over the traditions of human civilization to receive the guests with respective mood, they shut down the shutters of their residence, and refused to negotiate with them which created a bad impression and they went back frustratingly but only Mirwaiz had a talk with causal manner, they without any result went back with negative impression of their indifferent attitude.
In the light of his showery generosity efforts, initiative and adventure, shown by Prime Minister India to develop the bilateral relations maximum extent, on what grounds the blame of rigidity and negation leveled on the Government of India should be justified. The State and Central Governments are responsible legally to provide peace and harmony to their citizen to live in normal life peacefully and also for administration. Any violation to disturb peace and generate unrest instability and chaos will not be tolerated by the Government legally. It is shameful to level baseless a charge on government to defame its image is not sensible.
He further claims to resolve the Kashmir issue in accordance with the aspirations of the people. These obnoxious uttering is an absurd which does not apply for the state citizen. He should first know, the history of J&K state, and not go to follow the foot print of Pakistan that is not a responsible country. It puts its gun on the other shoulder for its shield and triggers for its cause. It is an aggressor country, recognized world over, especially the UN Security Council.
Kashmir phobia has engulfed Mirwaiz who desired a need to resolve so called Kashmir dispute and stop repressive measures, and not allow prayer in Mosque that expressed in his statement, dated 8th July 2017. In this regard he should recollect his memory, that there nothing sort of any Kashmir issue is lying in the state and central Government in view of the its accession to India in 1947. This is a closed chapter. The only issue is lying to get surrendered the 1/3rd territory of the state encroached upon during aggression and its mode of surrendering.
The State and Central Government have never used repressive measures on their citizens. Mirwaiz should know that the Mosque are not used for the political propose to incite the people for anti-national activates and generate terrorism to kill the innocent people for Pak-cause. The pulpits of the mosques are used for inflammatory speeches for the violence against India and to organize the stone pelting demonstrations. Therefore the mosques are closed to prohibit for anti-national elements. It is his responsibility to protect the Mosques of the state to keep pious for Islamic doctrine. Thus, the state Government was justified to close the Mosques for unbridles violence.
Now, it has been proved by the National Investigation Agency during interrogation from Ali Shah Geelani`s sons, his son-in-law, other relations, Mirwaiz colleagues, MLA En. Rashid, and other business men and Pak based Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Chief Syed Salah-ud-Din, son of Syed Shahid, an officer in Agriculture department J&K state and his son in terror funding case of receiving funds for terrorism from Pakistan and other, its allied to create unrest, confusion, chaos, violence, lawlessness, destruction to uproot the state Government. Pakistan for that purpose has established its lobby on any role, headed by Mirwaiz and Geelani to disorder the administrative system of the state to implement their Pak-agenda.
Now, Pak stipendiary lobby members are being arrested one after other by NIA to know the flow of terror funds for generating deadly terrorism in the valley. During interrogation it found that they had working for Pak cause as Pak-spies. It was strange that these Hurriyat who boasted the real stake holders of the people, that had been working for Pak-cause in the valley and who were Indian citizens, however, Investigation Agency crushed the back bone of militancy, generated thorough its lobby.
