| Udhampur school has 7 teachers, no students | | |  Arun Jasrotia

Udhampur, Apr 24 : Believe it or not a school in District Udhampur has proper infrastructure classrooms , kitchen , toilets, teachers but unfortunately but no students.
Three teachers have been going to school to mark their attendance and spend the day in empty classrooms without any work. The government tun school is situated in Lower Garnai area of district udhampur.
Earlier there were six students studying in the said school and seven teachers would teach them but after the session end and after 8th class examinations no student turned up.
The teachers said that they are awaiting their posting in other schools.
The school was established in 2010 and the 3 ACR Building was constructed in the year 2012-13 under Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan. |
