Jammu, Apr 24: Four-day first aid training and awareness programmes organised by Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu Region in collaboration with Sewa Bharat Trust, Jammu in border areas of Marh Tehsil in four different locations concluded today.
The last phase of the first aid training awareness programme was organised today at Government Middle School, Galwade Chak (Marh).
The training was imparted by senior consultant namely Dr Rajinder Thappa who was assisted by Kanchan Devi, Pharmacist.
Earlier, the training programme were organised on April 7, 10 and 21, 2018 in which large number of border area people took part. The training was imparted with the sole motto to train the common masses especially the border area people and volunteers in order to save the precious lives during untoward incidents.
The training programme was conducted under the directions and supervision of Dinesh Gupta, Honorary Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu region. |
