The government employee identified as Waheed Ahmad Bhat of Ashmuqam in a written complaint has alleged that Altaf Ahmad Kuloo-National Conference Legislator from South Kashmir's Pahalgam-assaulted and threatened him when he was performing his duties at Sarbal Sufi Shrine. The incident, as per police records, has taken place last week on April 28. The employee in past has criticized legislator's political statement on social networking site Facebook.
