| Court rejects bail in un- natural sexual assault case | | | | Jammu, May 1: Judicial Magistrate RS Pura Archana Charka rejected the bail application of one Sunny Kumar who was arrested by Miran Sahib Police in FIR NO 59/2018 u/s 377/511 RPC. According to the police case, the complainant namely Complainant (name withheld) lodged a written report an 21-04.2018. stating therein that, the accused /person tried to commit unnatural sexual offence on his son namely Mahd Abid and on this, a case wde FIR No. 59/2018 for the commission of offences u/S 377/511/RPC at P/S, Miran Sahib was registered against the accused. Judicial Magistrate RS Pura Archana Charak after hearing both the sides observed that as medical report of the victim is still awaited and the act of the applicant/accused is an uncivilized one and the Court is of the opinion that in case, he is granted bail the confidence of the people in the judicial system will get shaken and it will also encourage like-minded persons to commit such type of acts. With these observations Court rejected the bail application. |
