Jammu, May 21: Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu organized 'Red Day' activity for Pre-nursery class to introduce children into mesmerizing realm of colours.
The class was decorated with all Red colour hangings like Red Cherries, Strawberries, Apples, Watermelon, Balloons, etc. The tiny-tots looked stunning in their red outfits. The shade of red made our little ones feel bright, lively and cheerful. Teachers were also dressed up in Red clothes. The students brought Red food items in tiffin like Watermelon, Cherries, Pomegranate, Fruit Jam, etc. The girls did finger tipping and tearing & pasting in frock whereas boys did finger tipping and tearing & pasting on shirt and shorts with Red paint and Red sheets.
It was a scintillating day with innocent faces gleaming and reflecting brightness, joy, love and happiness. A lovely day passed by with getting introduced to the colour of love-Red Colour.
Headmistress, Meenu Gupta encouraged the little ones and their mentors. Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra applauded the efforts of the teachers and students and said that such fun filled activities are the best way to learn while playing and having fun.
President, RCT, MK Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh and Director, SS Sodhi extended their best wishes to the staff for organizing the Red Day activity. |
