| Court rejects bail in minor kidnapping case | | |

Jammu, June 4: Forest Magistrate Jammu Wangial Tsering rejected the bail application of Rajinder Kumar S/O Puran Chand R/O Village. Patyali Chak Tehsil Marh Distt. Jammu who was allegedly involved in minor kidnapping case. Forest Magistrate after hearing Prosecuting Officer Ankush Sharma for the state observed that the applicant cannot be released on bail when main accused is still absconding and the girl is still not recovered. The offence registered against the accused persons is grievous and heinous in nature and the investigation is still at infancy stage. The release of accused at this stage will hamper in the investigation. With these observations, Court rejected the bail application. |
