Jammu, June 4: Members of Sunrise Public School unit of Sunrise Educational Trust met with Hemant Kumar Sharma Divisional Commissioner Jammu and explained him about the school. Rajesh Sharma founder trustee said, we have started this school in 2012 with 3 girls and 4 boys and now we have the strength of 145 students and it is up to nursery to primary, we are providing free education, free books, free uniform and refreshments to the weaker section of the society without any caste and creed, and planning to open such type of school in every district of J&K. Manpreet Kaur founder director of the school said we are planning to go up to 12th standard and will provide lodging and boarding to the weaker section of the society and after 12th, they can go for any professional courses like MBBS, Engg., BCA, BBA, NDA and in merchant navy as per their own choice. She said we are planning to go for sunrise senior citizen home they can come in morning and go back in evening or they can stay also and she requested to Hemant kumar Sharma Divisional Commissioner Jammu for allotment of land for further expansion so that we can start more and more activities for upliftment of the society. |
