J&K Grameen Bank bids adieu to Chairman | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 4: RK Chhibber, Chairman of J&K Grameen Bank who was recently elevated to the post of Executive President in J&K Bank was given a warm send off at a function organised at Hotel Ramada on Sunday. Senior Management and employees of the bank including the branch officials bid farewell to R.K. Chhibber, a highly progressive banker, who led the bank consecutively for three years. During his tenure, the bank registered all round progress including business turnover as well as employee career progression. Janak Raj will take charge thereafter. R.K Chhibber, Executive President J&K Bank and outgoing Chairman JKGB addressed that he feel delighted in the farewell party and he is sure that Janak Raj the incoming Chairman JKGB, will achieve higher goals for the bank in future. However, all this confidence about the future of the bank is entirely premised upon my trust in the most valuable human resource of about 1000 employees of this institution, whose dedication remains unparalleled and unquestioned. Further, he thanked all the staff members for their cooperation and generous affection. Thanking the bank he added "I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all my bank staff who worked with me and gave me wonderful memories to cherish in the future of my life". He gladly offered himself to the bank for any kind of free guidance/consultancy on any matter related to the banking. Romesh Vaid, General Manager, JKGB felicitated and lauded his services to the bank and its spectacular growth. He presented memento to R.K Chhibber and while speaking on the occasion he lauded the contribution of R.K Chhibber towards the Bank. He applaud that he is one of our pioneering officers to have contributed richly to the growth of this bank and extended good wishes to him. |
