Udhampur, June 4: Tenth annual Cirque by Pir Baba Cirque Committee Battl balian National Highway was held. People from different areas of Udhampur attended this event with great enthusiasm and devotion. On this occasion, Udhampur MLA Pawan Gupta graced as the chief guest.
