Jammu, June 20: Under the theme of eradication of TB from India, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Kot Bhalwal Jail today organized a Tuberculosis awareness camp at Central Jail Kot Bhalwal, Jammu.
The camp was organized in collaboration with District TB Control Society and team from Sub-District Hospital (SDH), Akhnoor.
In this camp, screening of jail inmates was done under the supervision of SSP Jail, Harish Kotwal, Senior Medical Officer of Jail Dr. P Thappa. Medical staff of the jail hospital and jail staff assisted the above said team. Inmates of the jail appreciated the efforts of the jail authorities.
