Rajouri, June 21: After apprehensions of mass copying and external disturbance in and around 10th class examination centres (for private and Bi-annual session-2018), additional District Magistrate (ADM) has imposed section 144 CrPC around examination centres in the entire district. The action was taken on the directions from the Joint Secretary (Examination JC) State Board of School Education, Jammu province. ADM observed that as per past experience there is every apprehension of mass copying and external disturbance during the 10th class examination scheduled to be held from June 21. "In order to prevent such nuisance for smooth conduct of the examinations, section 144 CrPC has been imposed around examination centres", said ADM Sher Singh. Under order No.DMR/2018-19/JC/4807-80 dt 21/6/2018 no person except the examinees, examination superintendent, invigilators, staff and vigilance team members , nobody will be allowed to enter within 500 metres of the examination centres. |
