RAJOURI, July 4: A resident of Sair village, situated along Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sub division in Rajouri district, has claimed that few persons from across the border have stolen his cow along with two calves on the intervening night of July 3 and 4.
He approached the police at Bhawani police post and lodged a formal complaint in this regard.
According to complaint lodged by Naresh Kumar, son of Kharati Lal, the cow along with two calves was in the shed in the vicinity of their house when his family went to sleep.
In the morning when they didn't find the animals, hectic searches were made in the entire village and adjoining forest but without any trace of the animals.
Naresh Kumar alleged that like in the past, some persons from across the LoC might have again stolen his the animals. Police have started investigation in this matter. |
