Various Sikh organizations condemn terror attack | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 4: Various Sikh organizations have strongly condemned the terror attack in Afghanistan's Jalalabad area wherein 17 Sikhs and 2 Hindus were killed. A meeting of various Sikh organizations was held here today under the chairmanship of Sudarshan Singh Wazir, Chairman, Sikh United Front J&K. The Sikh organizations including Bhai Kanhaya Nishkam Sewa Society J&K, AISSF, Sikh Nojawan Sabha, Sikh Welfare Society and member DGPC Jammu attended the meeting. The participants in the meeting also condemned central government for not taking any action and not raising the issue with Afghan government. The meeting demanded to settle the Hindus and Sikhs of Afghanistan in India. The participants also demanded from Afghanistan government to provide security to the minorities living in their country in future and pay compensation to their aggrieved families. They also demanded to sent a delegation in Afghanistan, while sending senior, union minister of the country to discuss with the cabinet of Afghanistan for the safety and security of the minorities and further to bring in India, Sikhs and Hindus to make them settled in India. |
