| Sasan castigates BJP | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 9: S.Gurdeep Singh Sasan, Vice President National Conference Jammu province castigated the BJP dispensation at Centre for intriguing repeal article 35-A. He said that is a planned conspiracy to deprive the people of J&K from their heritage and culture. He said that Maharaja Hari Singh Ji manifested the permanent resident law in 1927 which reflects special identity of the people of J&K state.
Addressing the protest Dharna organized by the Daljeet Sharma District President Women Wing Rural at R.S.Pura. Sasan flayed the erstwhile PDP - BJP coalition for diluting the special status granted to J&K under construction. He further said that having failed to deliver during their regime now they are bent upon dividing the people on communal and regional lines and reminded them that the people of J&K irrespective of their caste, creed, or region are united to give befitting reply to BJP which is conspiring to repeal Art 35-A and people will foil its nefarious designs.
Sasan assured the people that the National Conference is committed to safeguard the identity of the people of all the regions of the State. He said that the repealing of Art 35-A will worstly effect the Dogras identity. Among other who spoke on the occasion includes Rakesh Sharma, City President NC, Bholi Devi & Usha Devi and urged the people to educate their girl children. |
