RAJOURI, Dec 17: Vice Chancellor, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Prof. Javed Musarrat presented best researcher of the year award to Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed Wani, Assistant Professor, Department of Urdu and Dr. Tasleem Arif Jan , Assistant Professor Department of Botany. The awards consisted of a citation, memento and a research grant of Rs 2 lakh each. Speaking on the occasion Vice Chancellor congratulated both the awardees for their contribution for promoting excellence in education and research.
Those who were present on the occasion included Prof. Iqbal Parwez, Dean Academic Affairs Dr. Ashfaq Ahmed Zarri,Registrar, Prof. Naseem Ahmed, Prof G.M Malik, Prof Shujaudin , MohdIshaq, Controller of Examination, Heads of various departments, faculty members and officers of the university.
