Delegation of JKGTF calls on DSE, submits memorandum of demands | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 17: A delegation of JKGTF led by Amar Nath Thakur State Chairman incharge cadre called on Director School Education Anuradha Gupta and submitted a memorandum of their demands. During their meeting, they raised the issues of 8000 Incharge cadres joint Directors, Chief Education Officer, Principals, Headmasters and Lecturers are not regularized since 2007. Most of the incharge cadres have retired and died without their regularization. Regularization may be done of all incharge cadres as per SAC directions without delay to provide fair and quick justice to all cadres. They further said that in order to bring efficiency in education, examinations, selection in recruitments agencies like SSRB, PSC to maintain transparency and to remove the menace of cheating and copying in all exams CCTV cameras should be installed in all exams from 1st to PG level and all other examinations, 7th pay commission may be implemented in favour of Masters and Teachers under SSA and RMSA. Non implementation is injustice with teachers for which they are protesting since long. Moreover head teachers and masters were recruited in between 1984 to 2000 their 6 th pay commission arrears and liabilities may be adjusted without further delay etc. Director School Education heard their problems patiently and assured the delegation that there genuine demands will be redressed. |
