Early Times Report AKHNOOR, Feb 4: YNC Provincial Secretary Sahil Singh Jamwal said that new requirement policy is a sheer injustice to the highly qualified youth of J&K, also creating frustration and anger among the youth. Talking to media person , Sahil said that SRO 202 acted in 2015 , has not only violated the minimum wages act ( SRO 460 , dated 26 Oct 2017) but also the Supreme Court judgement of equal pay for equal work and is said to be discriminatory in nature. He further added , Person appointed under this policy is deprived from DA , HRA , Compensatory Allowance and other benefits for initial years . He appealed to Governor Satya Pal Malik to look into matter and revoke SRO 202 Policy as soon as possible and said this policy forcing youth to migrate to other states for jobs . He urged that now , the need of hour is to break the silence over the issue and abrogate the SRO 202 at an earliest to safeguard the future of educated youth of J&K.
