Employees' delegation call on DSE Jammu 2/24/2019 10:25:05 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 24: A delegation of Coordination Committee of Gazetted Officers and Jammu and Kashmir Government Teachers Forum (JKGTF) called on Director School Education Jammu and discussed their issues. The main issues discussed were, strict implementation of transfer policy issued by the education department which should not be violated under any pressure from any political or bureaucratic class, the issue was also brought into the notice of secretary school education earlier, Detachment of all attached, teaching and non teaching staff attached in all offices, adjustment of all surplus 650 masters and 293 lecturers on rational basis , getting salary without any teaching in required schools and giving duties in choisest schools for years, conducting enquriy of diverting SSA head teachers salary to other head of 227 head teachers of kathua and some in samba for the month of Dec, 2017, Jan, and Feb, 2018, the matter has also brought into the notice of secretary school education, releasing the salary of RAMSA teachers, DPC of all class IV and their confirmation etc. The delegation led by state chairman Amar Nath Thakur welcomed the transfers and adjustments of unadjusted promotee and surplus lecturers sitting idle in schools, but requested to make sure that lecturers serving in winter zone and have completed their stay and as per transfer policy have applied for transfers must be transferred first and the promotee and surplus may be adjusted and requested director madam not to repeat the same in other transfers which is violation of transfer policy. Most of the teachers and lecturers of winter zone applied for their transfer are not transferred and preference is given to those who are serveing in summar zone and are transferred from summar to summar zone which to is violation of policy.
