| J&K Police recovered 06 grams Heroin (Chitta), drug peddler arrested | | |
Jammu, April 5th: Acting sternly against the drug menace and its propagators, District Police Samba has arrested drug peddler in the jurisdiction of P/S Samba and recovered 06 Gm Heroin (Chitta) from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Shamsh Din S/o Yousaf R/O Rakh Brotian, Vijaypur .
Reports said that Police Party of PP during patrolling in Barian, Supwal intercepted one person who was moving under suspicious circumstances. During frisking of the said person, 06 gm Heroin (Chitta) was recovered from his possession.
In this regard a case FIR No. 77/2019 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered in P/S Samba .
J&K Police has made appeal to the General Public to cooperate with Police in its war against Drug and any information about Drug Menace in their area be shared with nearest Police Station. |
