| Niki Tawi Violence case, DB directs to file enquiry report | | |

Jammu, June 7: In a much publicized case of Niki Tawi Violence when the JDA had gone to remove the illegal structures, a Suo-moto PIL was registered, in which Division Bench appointed 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge Jammu appointed as Enquiry Commisison, in which Enquiry Commission requesting for extension of time to complete enquiry.
A Division Bench of High Court Comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta while allowing the application filed by the Enquiry, directed to file enquiry report within six weeks. |
