| Mayor JMC starts development works | | |

Jammu, Oct 10: Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation, Chander Mohan Gupta today visited different areas of Shakti Nagar of ward no.29 alongwith councillor of ward Surinder Chowdhary. He listened to the various grievances from the inhabitants of Shakti Nagar patiently which includes, construction/renovation of lanes/drains, disilting of deep drains/nallahs, repairing/ installation of street lights, lifting of stray dogs/animals and various other issues. Mayor assured that all their demands will be sort out immediately.
He also started construction work of lanes/drains in street no.5 of Shakti nagar which was the long pending demands of the people of that area as due to dilapidated condition of the said lane dirty water overflows and often enters into their houses. |
