| Principal SIE launches manual on experimental learning | | |

Jammu, Oct 10: Joint Director (Trgs)/Principal SIE Jammu today launched manual on Experiential Learning (Gandhiji's Nai Talim) for Jammu division.
According to press release, a meeting of all Principals of DIETs of Jammu Province was held today on 10/10/2019 in the Conference hall of SIE Jammu under the chairmanship of J.K Sudan, Joint Director(Trgs)/Principal in which Principals of DIETs of Jammu Division and staff of SIE Jammu in presence of Dr. Syed Zahra, Academic Consultant, MGNCRE, MHRD, GOI Hyderabad. A brief discussion about Nai Talim was done by Dr. Syed Zahra, Academic Consultant, MGNCRE GOI, Hyderabad wherein it was decided to hold Orientation Workshops for Master Trainers by MGNCRE in collaboration with SIE Jammu shortly. J.K.Sudan Joint Director (Trgs)/Principal SIE Jammu launched Manual on Experiential Learning (Gandhiji's Nai Talim) for Jammu Division on this occasion and conveyed that this is the need of the hour to follow Nai-Talim i.e Gandhian Apporach to Basic Education in a holistic manner where all aspects of the individual, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual- are cultivated in a curriculum. He directed all DIET Principals to provide Academic Support in understaffed schools in their respective districts as already directed by worthy Director School Education Jammu. He also directed to ensure proper monitoring for smooth conduct of ensuing 8th & 9th Class T1 & T2 Examinations. |
