| Class VII students meet DC Doda, visit offices | | Know our Govt initiative | | Early Times Report
DODA, Oct 10: A group of class VII students today visited various government offices and met Deputy Commissioner Dr Sagar D Doifode here under "a day out to know our government" initiative of District Administration.
The initiative of the district administration "a day out to know our government" taken in collaboration with Education department has been started to enhance the practical knowledge of students about functioning of Government offices and institutions and map their interest by providing them an insight on career which shall be able to keep them interested and motivated.
The group of students from GHSS visited police station, Government Medical College Doda, ITI, DDC office and interacted with the DC and district officers. They enquired about the functioning of their offices. The students evinced great interest in knowing the roles and responsibilities of the officers and thanked DC, Principal GMC and other officers for providing their valuable time. |
