Div Com orders probe, Jt. Dir Edu Central appoints enquiry officer | Tyndale Bisco School Fee embezzlement scam | | SAAHIL SUHAIL EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Mar 9: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan has ordered a probe into the alleged Fee embezzlement scam that has surfaced at Tyndale Bisco School and the Mallinson Girls School Society Srinagar. As per the order, issued by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, a copy of which lies with Early Times, Aabid Hussain Kira, Joint Director Education (Central), has been appointed as enquiry officer and has been directed to submit a detailed report within 10 days. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, according to the order issued by him, says ‘it is imperative to get the matter enquired by appointing an Enquiry Officer.’ As reported earlier, Rajan Sandhu, Member All Saints Church Srinagar and Issac Samuel, Member of St Paul’s Church Amritsar have filled written complaints with Crime Branch J mmu, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and Industries and Commerce department of Jammu and Kashmir alleging that the incumbent Principal of Tyndale Bisco School and the Mallinson Girls School Society Parvez Samul Kaul has misused and embezzled school fee and purchased properties worth crores. Church members in the complaint have alleged that the incumbent School principal has purchased land in his own and wife’s name by using school fees and mortgaging the school property including nazool land with banks while he was supposed to use school fee for development of school. In the complaint they have also alleged that Kaul has over thrown the actual management committee and reorganized the committee by introducing his family members in the management committee in violation of constitution of the school as he being an employee can’t do it. |
