JKGPAOA hails Govt to rescind additional charge orders | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 9: The President, Jammu Kashmir Agriculture Graduate Promotee Officers Association (JKGPAOA), Jammu, Prem Singh welcomed the action taken to rescind the orders of additional charge and said that the Government has not filled the share of Promotees in Class-VII of Gazetted cadre post as per the rules time to time due to which their career oppurtunities are hanging in balance. "A large number of posts are lying vacant in Class-VII of Gazettedd Cadre and 100% posts from Class-VI to Class-I are vacant since decades", he said. Singh urged Garish Chandra Murmu the Lieutenant Governor J&K UT, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to LG J&K, UT, BVR Subrahmanyam, Chief Secretary J&K and Secretary, JKAPD to constitute Committee on the pattern of recently framed by the Government in case of KAS Officers & Engineers of Power Development Department for "One Time Settlement" to fill the share of promotees in Class-VII of gazetted cadre post and finalize seniority which is the first and foremost requirement for any kind of elevation under JK CSR 1956 and resolve the three decades old issue of streamlining the Department at the earliest possible. |
