JAMMU, Apr 11: The Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) has begun a massive exercise to distribute the free ration along the beneficiaries under under Pradhan Mantri Garibi Kalyan Yojana and has directed the stakeholders to begin the lifting of the free ration from 14-4-2020 or prior to it whatsoever is convincing able to the respective storekeepers for further distribution.
As per the details available with Early Times, the department of FCS&CA directed by the Directorate of Jammu as well as Kashmir to start lifting of food grains under under Pradhan Mantri Garibi Kalyan Yojana in advance well before the schedule date as per their convenience or in the District where two months ration distribution for the month of April and May is completed so that the administrative department shall take up the matter with NOC to generate Data base in order to ensure transaction as well as distribution of food grains through PoS machines only.
Following the government directions, Director FCS&CA Jammu today directed all the Assistant Directors to follow the instructions to take necessary action under intimation to his office with regard to the same. |
