Government Polytechnic College Jammu participates in one day Online Webinar | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jun 12: The faculty and Students of Government Polytechnic College Jammu participated in one day Online Webinar on “Simulation of Power Converters Using Python”, conducted by Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology Nandyal, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. During the Webinar experts from eminent institutions across India delivered online lectures. Dr. M. Kaliamoorthy, Associate Professor Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology, Pollachi Tamilnadu, enlighten the participants about latest Programming Languages in Computers, especially Python, its installation of application, installation of Numpy packages, importing packages into python and utilizationof Python to Simulate Power Converters. HoD, Computer Engineering & IT Department, Engineer Zia-ul-Haq Kohli also spoke about Data Science Python which is widely used and is a favourite tool along being a flexible and open sourced language. Its massive libraries are used for data manipulation and are very easy to learn even for a beginner data analyst. He thus stressed all the faculty members and students to attend these emerging latest programming languages Online Webinars. Principal of Polytechnic Arun Bangotra laid emphasis on current trends towards latest technologies of Computer engineering and termed Online Webinars as a great platform for the exchange of ideas and programming skills. |
