UDHAMPUR, Feb11:- On second day of Volleyball Championship being organized in Government Model Higher Secondary School Boys Udhampur, two quarter final matches were played between Udhampur Volleyball Club Vs Government Higher Secondary School Tikri and City Volleyball Club vs Rowndomail club.
Principal of the institution, Sunil Sharma was the chief guest at today’s session.
The first match was won by Udhampur Volleyball Club by 2-0 (25-15, 25-21) whereas Second match was won by City Volleyball Club by 2-0 (25-21, 25-19). The matches were played under the technical supervision of Physical Education Lecturer, Hem Raj and Amit Sharma (PET) under the norms of Volleyball federation of India
All the matches were officiated by Sanjay Sharma (PEM), Kudeep Sharma (PEM), Manik Nargotra and Sanjeev Verma.
Prominent among those present were Ashok Padha, National Volleyball Player, Deepak Sharma, National Volleyball Player, Pawan Kumar Sharma, Lecturer Mathematics GHSS Garhi and Pawan Kumar, Lecturer Physics GHSS Barolla.
Pertinent to mention here that two semi finals will be played on 12-2-2021 at the same venue. |
