| BMS demands constitution of public board of Dharmarth Trust | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 11: In a meeting held at BMS under the leadership of Ashok Choudhary Genearl Secreatry BMS in which Harbans Choudhary Senior leader of BMS , Chuni Lal, Subash Chander , Roop Lal and Bua Ditta participated and alleged that more than 70 days have passed since Dharmarth Trust employees are on agitation with main demand of constitution of Public Trust on the pattern of Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board because at present the Dharmarth Trust is being run by the family members of Karan Singh and the conditions of temples under Dharmarth Trust is very poor and properties of the trust are also not being looked after properly and due to vested interests the Dharmarth Trust properties has been captured by the out siders with the connivance of trust administration. BMS fully supporting the agitation of Trust employees joined the agitation with hundreds of workers of affiliated unions and demanded, constitution of public board and appealled to the Hindu religious organisations to come forward and demand for constitution of Public Trust.
BMS also appealed L.G Manoj Sinha to intervene in the matter and appoint receiver for looking after the affairs of trust till proper board is constituted. |
