BARAMULLA, Feb 11: Jammu and Kashmir police on Thursday arrested a person and seized computer, printer and other equipments which were being used for making fake identity cards in this north Kashmir, a police spokesman said. He said on a specific information about making of fake identity cards, a police party raided the "Speed Print" Photostat shop of one Javid Ahmad Malik at Dhobiwan, Kunzar in Baramulla.
He said during the course of investigation it was revealed that the accused has issued fake identity cards to some persons.
He said case FIR Number 09/21 under section 420/467 IPC of has been registered and investigations started. |
