| Debate competition on bribery held | | |

JAMMU, Feb 23: The NSS unit of Government Degree College Udhampur organised a debate competition on the topic "should bribery be legalised" in the college premises. The students debated for and against the topic and enthralled the audience by their views on the highly volatile topic. The event was adjudged by Rippy Bawa, Naresh Sharma and Preeti Sharma..Babu Lal Thakur, HoD Education also spoke on the occasion. The Principal of the College Subhash Chander highly appreciated the endeavour of the volunteers and motivated them to further participate in such co-curricular activities along with academics. The first three positions were bagged by Amandeep, Prashant Khajuria, Marshal Singh respectively. The programme was anchored by NSS volunteer Sonali Bharti. |
