| Minor girl among 2 killed, 10 injured in separate road mishaps in Rajouri, Udhampur | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Mar 26: Two people, including a 12-year-old girl were killed and ten others suffered injuries in separate road accidents in Rajouri and Udhampur districts.
A passenger taxi on way to Thanamandi to Alal met with an accident near Thanna Mandi Darra and the vehicle rolled several meters down the slope.
A girl onboard was killed on the spot while eight others were injured and later shifted to hospital, police said.
Meanwhile in another accident, one person was killed and two injured when landslide hit the JCB near Samroli in Udhampur district. "The landslide reportedly hit the JCB which reportedly got stuck in the debris," they added.
However, road clearance teams and police have rushed to the spot for further action.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jammu, Shiv Kumar Sharma have requested the passengers not to travel on Jammu-Srinagar National highway till further information from Traffic control units as road has blocked due to landslide near Samroli.
