After the lapse of 45 days, the applicant has approached Director FCS&CA (1st Appellate Authority) however all in vain. Through multiple communications, the FCS&CA officials continue to maintain that the documents information seeker desires to get from the department stand destroyed during 2014 floods. However sources claimed that the department was deliberately denying the information to hide a 'scam'. The department had approved the around hundred cases for such benefits and issued an order vide No. 61 of CAPD of 2008 and the officials are now misusing the same order to benefit other blue-eyed employees in violation of norms.
