| 21 bovines rescued, accused from Anantnag held in Kishtwar | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, June 10: Kishtwar Police foiled a huge bovine smuggling bid by rescuing 21 bovines from Rajkundan Dhar area of Chatroo and one person was arrested.
As per the details available with Early Times, on a specific information Kishtwar Police laid Naka at Rajkundan Dhar. During Naka checking Police party intercepted one person namely Mohammad Ashraf R/O Brannar Lessu Anantnag . The accused person was taking the bovines towards Kashmir without any permission or any other documentation from concerned authority.
Accordingly Case FIR No. 32/2021 U/S 188/IPC, 11 PCA Act stands registered at PS Kishtwar and investigation taken up.
