Lovejeet, Vipin emerge as most successful wrestlers at young age
6/13/2021 12:00:06 AM

Early Times Report

Jammu, June 12: The Batwal Youth Development Committee (BYDC) showered praise on emerging young wrestlers Lovejeet Kaith and Vipin Kaith (Sons of Guru Gyagi Amreshwar Mandir Chatha Gujran Pujari Birendra Kaith), and said they are an inspiration for the young sportspersons.
Both have etched their name in History books by winning too many of the wrestling in and outside the Union Territory of J&K at the very young age, said the BYDC members.
Wrestling has one of the biggest influences on our life. From mindset to physical attributes and everything in between, we can draw a line to the sport of wrestling with how it's improved our life, said both Lovejeet and Vipin adding that if we were to explain it to parents looking to put their sons or daughters at this field, there are five things we would pinpoint as some of the biggest benefits of wrestling. 1. Discipline: There’s not a successful person in the world that isn’t disciplined. As a wrestler, you have to be disciplined in life. Staying consistent with your diet and training is a major key; 2. Mental Toughness: You will be absolutely pushed to the brink in this sport; that’s no secret. And without conquering the obstacle mentally there is no way you can overcome it physically; 3. Confidence: Competing without confidence can be a recipe for disaster. It holds you back and keeps you from progressing. The work you put in the field will also give you confidence off the field as well; 4. Physical Fitness: Not every benefit happens between the ears of a wrestler; some come physically. As mentioned before, the discipline from a consistent diet and training regimen will ultimately benefit in gaining high levels of physical fortitude; and 5. Camaraderie: By definition this is a tailor-made byproduct of wrestling. You become a family with the teammates you spend so much time with. The BYDC members appreciated their valuable opinion and wished them all the best for future. They also congratulated their father for their achievements.
