Vaccination drive concludes at Govt PG College for Women Gandhinagar

JAMMU, Aug 11: Five Day Vaccination Drive for students and faculty members of city colleges concluded today here at Government PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar.
The Drive was organized by the Department of Family Welfare, MCH and immunization in collaboration with the host college for the Faculty and Students of GCW Gandhinagar, GCW Parade and MAM College. About 2000 students and faculty of the said colleges were vaccinated in this drive. The aim of this drive was to vaccinate maximum students and staff ahead of re-opening of the colleges and returning to in person learning.
The Drive was carried out smoothly in the Auditorium of the college under the supervision of Dr. Sangita Nagari, Principal GCW Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The Vaccination Committee members of GCW Gandhi Nagar Jammu headed by Prof. Mala Bhasin as Nodal Officer, Prof. Abhinav, and Prof. Suman Bala as members managed the entire Vaccination Process in the college premises deligently.
Dr.Mohinder Nath Sharma and Dr. Harbhajan Singh of MAM College; Dr. Gurpreet Kour of GCW Parade actively contributed in this vaccination drive.
Dr. Ruchi, Nodal officer and her team extended their services to all and made this drive successful.
