Cultural Wing DIPR Jammu hosts Webinar on Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav

JAMMU, Aug 11: A Webinar to mark Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav celebration was today organised by Cultural Wing DIPR Jammu in collaboration with Holy Family Convent School, Nagri Parole, Kathua.
Around nine participants shared their views and thoughts on the topic and highlighted the importance of Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav.
The Programme started with a welcome speech by Suresh Kumar, Sr. cultural Assistant. Meenakshi Charbathia was the Coordinator of the programme from the school side.
Fr. Soosai Rajan, Principal of the School was the Chief Guest, while Cultural Officer Parul Khajuria was Guest of honour. Vinka Singh, Rupali Rajput & Neelam Jyoti acted as judges.
The Chief guest said that this year India is celebrating 75 years of Independence , which has a great significance for the nation. "I am thankful to the cultural wing DIPR Jammu for organising such a great event to raise awareness among the masses and for being a part of it" he added.
The Cultural Officer thanked the participants who exchanged their ideas, valuable thoughts during the event.
First prize went to Ritesh Singh Andotra, second prize was shared by Jerik & Lavanya and Third prize was bagged by Jenifer and Niyati, while Arushi and Vineet were given consolation prizes
