| GDC Dudu BasantGarh organizes quiz competition | | |

UDHAMPUR, Aug 11: Government Degree College Dudu BasantGarh organized an online Inter -College Quiz Competition on the "Life & teachings of Mahatma Gandhi" to commemorate 'Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav'.
About 60 students from different Colleges of J&K UT participated in the event with great enthusiasm and made the event successful. The basic aim of the event was to familiar the students about life & teachings of Gandhiji and how he dedicated his life to pursue truth and Non-violence and using this as a weapon played a key role to achieve independence from British rule and left a everlasting legacy for all of us.
The Competition was organized by Prof. Pradeep Kumar Kundal and Prof. Rahul Sharma under the supervision and guidance of Worthy Principal of the College Dr. Bhavnaish Chand. In this competition Meenaksi Devi, Tanish Thangri and Nitika Kumari all from GDC Chenani clinched Ist, 2nd & 3rd positions respectively. Principal of the College congratulated the winners of the competition. |
