| GDC Ramnagar organizes online patriotic song recitation competition | | |  Early Times Report
RAMGARH, Aug 11: NSS Unit and Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav committee of Govt Degree College Ramnagar organizes a weeklong series of activities and today a virtual cultural festival in the form of patriotic poem/song recitation was organized.
The programme held under the patronship of Dr Udhey Banu, Principal of the college and guidance of Prof Ritika Mahajan, NSS Programme Officer of the college.
NSS volunteers with full patriotic zeal and enthusiasm participated in patriotic songs and poem recitation competition. It was delightful to see the young volunteers singing patriotic songs and self-created poems through online platform. Around 25 students and volunteers participated and NSS Volunteer Pritam stood first, Kavita Sharma stood second and Suhani Gupta stood third. Prof Shoba Rani, HOD Dogri, Prof Neetu Sharma and Prof Suresh Chander from the Department of Dogri were the Judges for the event.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Prof Swarna Bougal, Convener Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav and the entire event was coordinated by Prof Ritika Mahajan, NSS Programme Officer of the college |
