| GDC Ukhral organizes quiz competition | | |  Early Times Report
UKHRAL, Aug 11: The Department of Political Science, Govt Degree College Ukhral organised an inter collegiate quiz competition on the theme " Freedom Struggle of India".
The program was organised with the purpose to examine the knowledge and information among students about the freedom struggle of India against the Britishers. Large number of students participated in this competition. Shaib Ahmed Bali of GDC Ramban secured first postion, Asiya Ajaz Draboo of GDC Ukhral secured second postion and third position was shared by Nisha Devi of GGM Science College Jammu and Gurbeet Singh of GDC Ramban.
The program was presided by Dr. Ranvijay Singh Principal of the college, on the occasion he congratulated the meritorious students and advised all students to develop the sense of patriotism and remember the freedom fighters of India. The event was co-ordinated by Prof Zakir Hussain head department of Political Science. |
